  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and lease agreements. Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and support during audits.
  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial transactions. Reconcile tenant ledgers and security deposits
  • Address tenant inquiries related to rent payments and financial matters. Work with property management to resolve tenant disputes and delinquent accounts.
  • Review property expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements. Implement expense control measures as needed
  • Utilize accounting software and tools to manage financial data efficiently. Stay updated on industry-specific software and technology.
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial records for each property. Archive financial documents in accordance with retention policies.
  • Collaborate with property managers, owners, and other stakeholders to provide financial insights and updates. Communicate financial information clearly and effectively.
